MMF70 Marked A Major Milestone at Winchester Planetarium

The 70th Marine Measurement Forum (MMF70) marked a major milestone in the forum’s long history of supporting innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing across the marine science and technology sector.

Taking place at the Winchester Science Centre & Planetarium on 28 January 2026, MMF70 offered a unique setting that symbolically connects deep-sea research and space-based observation.

Hosted by Ocean Business, this edition was extremely novel, and agreed as one of the most engaging to date; combining technical insight, cross-industry collaboration, and a spectacular setting under the centre’s iconic planetarium dome.
